We took some time to study the old routes and possible new ones for this years Challenge. After going over all this information and reading the responses of previous participants we have decided the course for this years challenge would be best to go with the same as last years. Many people expressed their opinions as far as leaving the dirt roads in the course, many felt that it was a refreshing change after having to deal with the tough single track. We also decided to go with the same directions as we did last year as this allows most in the tour event to enjoy some really nice single track on the Womble and leaves the tougher single track on the Ouachita Trail for last. This also allows those in the racing event to get the tough stuff out of the way first and then cruise on the Womble for the finish.
